Every person who follows Jesus changes lives. CAD trains people through short term missions. Some are great with a shovel or a hammer, some with guitar or flute, some with prayer or preaching. We can all be effective to CHANGE A DESTINY. Our job is to put people, places, and God’s purpose together.
Four of us went to the hills of
Thailand. There we sang to crowds and individuals. We went to drug recovery centers, Mercy House (an orphanage), to the streets, to a Burmeese refugee camp, spoke on the international radio broadcast and to villages, preaching, sharing, praying and training Thai to live fully for Jesus. We saw devils cast out, people healed, and folks commit their lives to Jesus.
Three of us went to an island for a “vacation” and started a church! We were just having breakfast and needed someone who spoke English. The man needed Jesus. We explained the way of salvation to him, later to his wife. He explained the way of salvation to his people and 17 people were converted. They used Katie’s CD for worship music and began meeting every morning for prayer and devotions. Thus a little church was born.
